Baking School
What to expect
Everything you need to know before your first class.
On the day
Arrive 15 minutes early. Wear closed shoes and tie back long hair — we provide aprons, ingredients and all equipment.
What you take home
Everything you bake! Bring a box or a cool bag for cakes and laminated dough.
Class sizes
Workshops have up to 12–15 students and courses up to 14, so every student gets attention.
