Every Saturday our Diploma students arrive at 8.45 am, aprons on and notebooks ready.
9.00 am — Demonstration. Miss Nasrin demonstrates the day's technique — this week, stacking a two-tier cake with dowels.
10.00 am — Hands-on. Students work in pairs at their own stations with all ingredients and equipment provided.
12.30 pm — Lunch & critique. We look at everyone's work together. Feedback is kind, specific and practical.
1.30 pm — Decoration. Sugar flowers, piping or fondant work, depending on the module.
3.30 pm — Photography & packaging. Every bake is photographed for the student's portfolio and boxed to take home.
New intakes start every few months — see upcoming dates on our class calendar.
